Dallin Graduated!

We started TAPP by attending Dallins Graduation! I can't believe this little guy is graduating! He did pretty well for himself. He got MANY awards. 

He participated in Football, Baseball, Wrestling, Show Choir, Seminary, and I believe he was a class officer as well. 

He was able to announce the Teacher of the year award. Mrs. Haggerman was the favorite teacher. He also had her husband as his choir teacher.

He also graduated from seminary! 

  

After Graduation the school had a party in the dome for all HS kids as well as the past 2 year of graduates. Keara asked my to volunteer with her and I am SO glad she did! We had a good time.
It was from 11-4 am but I only lasted until 1:30. I.am.old.now.
They had so many cool things. A zip line, climbing wall, Soccer and volleyball tournament, inflatable balls that you get inside, an obstacle course, and a bull. It was such a cool idea! I wish they had that when I graduated.


He gets his mission call ANY day now and we can't wait to see where he is headed to share the Gospel. 

TAPP 2013

TAPP 

This year found us up in the homeland. We started with Dallin's graduation on a Wed and partied on until Sunday. I had to leave on Saturday morning but some stayed till Sunday.

Trisha and Brynn did an awesome job of working out while 

we were there! This is them getting their crunch on. 

I spent a little time trying out my pellet gun.

Bottles rockets were made. Chloe wanted to send this doll to the moon! haha I suspect she had grandmas help.

Robert brought his family and their horses up for a little riding. The kids loved it! I thought they would be scared of it but none of them were! weird how a tiny dog can cause them to cry but a huge horse is exciting. lol

The boys created the start to a tree house. It is just a platform for now but they have big hopes for it. Then the created a zipline off the platform! Future Haws kids are super lucky! We didn't have anything like this. We played hide and seek and piggy wants a motion while we had cookouts. Speaking of, we all played a fun game of piggy wants a motion! haha Even grandma and grandpa played and I have never seen grandpa run that fast! I guess those new knees are really working out for him!! Grandma was running around in her boot with her broken ankle! haha it was a good time and brought back lots of memories running around with the haws and bloomfield group!

  Tyson and Kim had  a BIG announcement for us!!!!!!!!   

And this is what a few days of camping will do to you! haha I even had socks and shoes on!
I guess I am in charge of the reunion next year so we shall see where we go! I have NO IDEA where to hold it! yikes.

TAPP 2012

For this TAPP Buddy and Sarah were in charge. They were living in California at the time. We actually helped them pack up right as we got to California and after TAPP they moved back to Arizona. YAY!! :) Love having them close. 

We camped on the beach in Carlsbad, Ca and it was VERY nice! It's a hot spot so we were lucky to get our reservations a year early!

Mom and Dad had Thomas that year. He was a foreign exchange student from Switzerland. He was a lot of fun to have around. Very friendly, entertaining, and sincere.

The View. The water was too cold for my taste but it was fun to sit around and watch the kids attempt the waves. 

Sug and Keith were in the area so they stopped by.

For some reason we went to the mall? and got Dairy Queen. This was Chelsie's first TAPP and it was fun to have her around! :)

MERN Wakeboards.... sort of....

Well I have tried to conquer my fear....of wakeboarding. It always looks so intense and I don't know if I have enough core strength, or arm strength, yada yada yada. Well it was time to try....

At the end I am still smiling. I didn't get to a full standing position. I tried about 10 times. I got a killer blood blister on my hand and was sore for the next 4 days, but I TRIED. I will try again, and I will dominate. :)

TAPP

We had such a fun time at TAPP. That stands for Ted and Pats Posterity. We rented an SRP house on the cliff and enjoyed the nice weather, sun, and water. Great food, fun games, many laughs.

We celebrated Dallins birthday. He got some weights from Tyson and Kim.

Grandma made clothes for the girls barbies. They played for hours.

She is growing UP.

Naps are a MUST at TAPP. Just be careful where you nap. You never know where the camera will be...

And you never know who will jump on you when you nap.

You could say my family is a fan of games. I don't enjoy them all the time but most do.

I did try to play a game. Ticket to ride. I was on Christi's team. I got kicked off Christi's team. haha. Oh well... better luck next time.

My friend Christi came and stayed with us for a day! It was fun having her! She is such a sweetheart and has some mad wakeboarding skills! I love a friend that will just jump right in and have fun with the family. I didn't have to entertain or make sure she was okay. What a keeper. Now I just need a male version of her.
